WELCOME TO THE

HIBBING AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

The Hibbing Area Chamber of Commerce is a professional non-profit organization and is the voice of our booming business community. We advocate for business retention, growth, and development in our region. The Chamber believes in every size of business and each individual working together to enhance the economic strength, commercial activity, and unique qualities of our beloved region. Our mission is to promote business through education and advocacy to advance the prosperity of the region.

Northeast Minnesota is a vast multi-cultural melting pot and Hibbing is at the heart of Minnesota’s Iron Range. The City of Hibbing is the largest city in the state by area (186 square miles) and the largest city by population (16,077) in the Taconite Tax Relief Area (TTRA). Our community is 72 miles Northwest of Duluth, 208 miles North of Minneapolis/ St. Paul, and 90 miles South of the Canadian border! Founded in 1893, Hibbing has undergone numerous transformations to become the thriving city it is today. Our beloved city is home to a vibrant manufacturing sector, a spirited political landscape, a historic downtown, and the breathtaking Hull Rust Mine View.
